Refunds
We hope that you’ll be happy with your purchase but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
To return an item for a refund, simply return your purchase to us, in its original box within 14 days from the date of invoice. Make sure you enclose the original receipt.

Sorry, but we are unable to give credits.
When you return goods to us please use a reliable method of postage, as Greenclean Products is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 working days of receiving them at our PO Box (allow for weekends public holidays etc)
A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our returns policy and a return shipping fee charged.
You, the customer are responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for refund, unless otherwise arranged and agreed by Greenclean Products in advance.
Faulty goods
You may return faulty items purchased on-line for a refund or exchange within one month of purchase with proof of purchase – receipt or credit card statement.
If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify gail@greencleanproducts.com.au for advice before returning the item.
Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults.
Items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. You will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your own expense.
We will refund you for goods deemed faulty, including any postage you paid to receive the goods, and will credit the amount to the credit card you used to purchase the goods.
Goods received in error
If the goods you receive are not what you ordered please notify gail@greencleanproducts.com.au as soon as possible.

We have taken appropriate measures to ensure your information is protected. All information provided by you via our site – from credit card details to online forms – is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and stored in a secure manner. Without your expressed consent we do not disclose personal information to any third parties.
For your security we do not store your credit card information, once your payment has been approved your credit card information is destroyed.
What about Cookies?
Greencleanproducts.com.au uses session level cookies. This is a unique ID which is given to each visitor and the information collected is stored in a temporary location on the server. When the user leaves the site the session level information is destroyed. No persistent cookies are used.
